2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Goods Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, Edumint Studio Private Limited maintains a strict No Refund Policy once a template has been purchased and the download link has been generated or sent. Unlike physical goods, digital templates cannot be "returned."
Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:
Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours of a successful payment.
Major Defects: If the template is technically "broken" or does not function as advertised (and our technical team cannot fix it within 7 working days).
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same template twice within a 24-hour period.
Refund Process
Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5–7 working days as per standard banking procedures in India.
Cancellation
Orders for digital templates cannot be cancelled once the payment is confirmed, as the delivery of the product is instantaneous.
