This includes the deployment of End-to-End SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, strict role-based access control (RBAC) internally, and routine security audits. While we implement maximum precautions, no online system is completely infallible. In the highly unlikely event of a significant data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) and all affected users without delay.
We are committed to addressing and resolving your privacy concerns within the legally stipulated timeline of 30 days. If your grievance remains unresolved after reaching out to us, you hold a statutory right to escalate the complaint directly to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI).
